What You’ll Own

We’re looking for a pipeline-obsessed, execution-driven Head of Demand Gen to build and scale a machine that brings contractors in the door — not just traffic, but revenue-qualified leads. Your work directly drives revenue, shapes our GTM motion, and helps us scale to $30M ARR in the next 18 months.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Design and execute demand generation campaigns across outbound email, events, referrals, and direct mail to drive pipeline from home service contractors.

  • Own and optimize the funnel from lead capture to qualified demo — including landing pages, nurture sequences, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Experiment with differentiated GTM motions , including non-traditional outbound, tradeshow stunts, and channel-specific acquisition plays.

  • Build and manage the SDR team to ensure consistent top-of-funnel execution, including scripting, tooling, and performance tracking.

  • Report on key metrics (pipeline, SQLs, CAC, conversion rates) and continuously improve efficiency across every stage of the acquisition funnel.

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have 5+ years in B2B demand gen, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS company

  • Have personally launched and scaled outbound email and event-based acquisition

  • Know how to move fast without waiting for perfect systems

  • Have worked with home service contractors or other SMB verticals (nice to have)

  • Are relentlessly focused on pipeline — you care about revenue, not vanity metrics
